1 Month Until I Leave!

I'm flying to Frankfort Germany in 31 days!

Europe has an interesting political climate at the moment. I am reading a bit about that and it's becoming clear that it isn't something I can figure out in a few hours:

At the moment I'm a bit disinterested in cities, and am more excited for the countryside.

I learned about the strange Christmas traditions of the Netherlands. What?!?!  This is Zwarte Piet. More info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zwarte_Piet

On the last bike trip I got in shape! I'm excited to get fit. Below is the before and after from last time:

2 Months Until I leave

Europe by bicycle. Sounds nice right? I'm pretty excited.

I'm flying into Frankfurt, Germany on April 24th. I'm flying from Toronto because it's quite a bit cheaper than flying from Detroit. The flight was about $320, and it cost $100 to bring my bike with me.

I'm still figuring out a lot of details, and I'll start posting what is going on in my brain and in my bags as I prepare in the next couple months.

I'm watching a lot of content of other people's bicycle tours like this:

https://www.facebook.com/bicycletouringaddict This video is about my bicycle tour from Dresden to Rome. It took me 21 days (17 days of cycling) to cover 1802km. Highlights were crossing the Alps and and the beautiful Toscana region in Italy. Please enjoy. I used two different cameras: 1. Samsung NX300 18-55 2.

I'm thinking about buying some things like:

1. A pair of light running/walking shoes

2. A bicycle computer to measure miles

3. A Go-Pro Camera

4. A New helmet

5. MacBook Air 11 inch?

Halvvägs - Na pola puta

This one is cool because everything is geotagged!

London to Rome in 21 days with rests in Paris and Lauterbrunnen. I used Dashware to overlay the GPS data on the videos. It's not easy with so many clips but I got through it! Check details at www.crazyguyonabike.com/The_Skyo
